The work is a virulent attack on George II for having reduced Britain to being a country subservient to the Duchy of Hanover, and the Thames a tributary of the River Leine in Hanover, and is translated from Extrait du manifeste de Charles Edouard dAngleterre . . imprimé et publié à Dublin le 12/22 Août 1745.
